​Master Plan, Playground & Parking Lot

TDSB requested an accessible playground area. Drainage issues were addressed with the addition of a soak away pit around the play area connected to the nearby catch basin.  A new pathway with new trees shade area with seating opportunities was included as a division between the play yard and the sport area. The play structure was selected by the school board base on the community expectations.

The parking lot was made from scratch. It was re-organized up to code, including new accessible parking spots. Regrading and repaving the area allow us to resolve pre-existing drainage issues.
